Login to your Online Banking Account

Logging in for the First Time?

Setting up your online banking account is simple!  Click “Login to your account” to begin.

Your user name is your KALSEE Credit Union account number. Call us at 269.382.7800 to receive your temporary password. You will be automatically prompted to change your log-in information and add security questions to protect your account. That’s it – you’re ready to begin banking online!

Mobile App with Check Deposit

As a mobile banking user, you will need to enroll in online banking for the first time using a PC or Laptop computer BEFORE using your mobile device to log-in.

Pay Bills Online

Pay your bills or send money to friends and family safely and securely with KALSEE Credit Union’s free Online Bill Pay. Schedule payments ahead of time and set up automatic withdrawals – no more stamps or labeling envelopes, and avoid those late charges! Send payment to a company or individual from the convenience of your home or office.

Login to Online Banking and select Go to Bill Pay under the Pay & Transfer menu.

Transferring To and From Your Accounts Elsewhere

Have accounts at another financial institution? You can transfer funds via It’s Me 247 Online Banking to and from your accounts at another financial institution. Simply fill out a request form and submit it and a voided check or statement copy to any KALSEE office or by mail to KALSEE Credit Union, PO Box 3006, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-3006.

Once we’ve processed your request, you’ll be able to move funds to and from your account elsewhere via the Pay & Transfer menu.

Accessing Multiple KALSEE Accounts

When you want to log-in just once to access all of your KALSEE accounts, you need the See/Jump/Transfer feature. No need to log-out and then back into other accounts. You can even authorize another member access to your account information. It’s all possible with the new See/Jump/Transfer feature!

SEE information from another account,  JUMP to another account number or conveniently TRANSFER funds to or from another authorized account number!

Make a Loan Payment

To make a payment to your KALSEE loan or Visa credit card in It’s Me 247 Online Banking, select the Pay & Transfer menu, then Transfer Money. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a one-time or recurring payment from your KALSEE savings or checking (instantly) or an outside account you’ve previously set up (two to three business days).

Stay in the Loop with Free eAlerts

Ever missed a loan payment or lost track of your account balance? Want to know when your direct deposit hits your account? Sign up for eAlerts to stay in the loop with your finances! It’s quick and free!

To receive eAlerts when your account drops below or above a certain balance, when there’s a new ACH deposit or withdrawal on your account, or when a loan payment is due:

1. Login to It’s Me 247 Online Banking from your desktop, laptop, or tablet computer
2. Select the Info Center tab
3. Then select eAlert Subscriptions under the Info Center column
