Face or Touch ID

Our new bio-metric authentication (that’s fancy for logging in via your physical features) options make safely and quickly accessing your account a breeze. Choose from face (all Android devices, iPhone X or newer), touch, voice, PIN, or old school username and password login options.

Pro Tip: If you always sign in with the same method (touch, voice, or face), you can avoid selecting your method each time. Go to the Profile menu (upper right corner) > Authentication Options, and turn on Quick Authentication.

Think your card is lost or stolen? Act fast to prevent fraudulent charges by placing a temporary lock on your credit or debit card. Download our Cards app. Lock and unlock your card in real time. You can also see recent transactions and instructions for reporting your card lost or stolen.

Subscribe to eAlerts to receive an email or text when your account falls below a balance, you receive an ACH deposit or withdrawal, or your loan is due. Select the More menu > Text/Email eAlerts.
To see a summary of the interest you’ve paid and the dividends you’ve earned, select the Mores menu > My Accounts > Dividend/Interest Summary.

Your mobile app login will be the same as your desktop or mobile web online banking login. If you've never logged in before, you must first enroll via desktop or mobile web online banking:

  1. Go to from your desktop computer or phone/tablet internet browser. Click Login.
  2. Select First Time User? and follow the prompts to activate online banking via a security code sent to the email or cell phone number we have on file for you. Or call 269-382-7800, and we’ll activate a temporary password for you.

Yes, you can login with username/password for any Kalsee membership. Only one membership can be associated with touch, face, voice, and PIN ID. You can also sign up to “Switch Profiles” between memberships using the Profile menu > Switch Profile, without having to sign in each time.
  • Apple: iPhone X or newer will include a FaceID login option. Older phones will include TouchID.
  • Android: All Android phones will offer a face login option.

Mobile Check Deposit

Save yourself a trip to the credit union and deposit checks from the convenience of your phone. To enroll:

  1. Login to our mobile app. Select Deposit from the bottom menu. You’ll be prompted to login.
  2. Click Enroll to register your account for mobile deposit. You’ll receive an email when your registration is approved, within 1-2 business days.
  3. Now you’re ready to deposit checks! Select Deposit from the bottom menu, then select New Deposit.


Yes. Under your signature, please write “for mobile deposit at KALSEE.”
Checks will post to your account within two business day (weekends and holidays are not business days) and may be subject to holds per our Funds Availability Policy.
No, there's no fee to deposit a check.
How many checks you can deposit and for what amount is determined by your Kalsee Perks status. See app for details.
To be eligible for mobile deposit you must have been a Kalsee member for at least 30 days, have an active checking account, and be in good standing (no delinquent loans or overdrawn accounts).
Yes, we recommend you keep your checks until you have verified that your deposit has posted to your account correctly. Please store checks in a safe place and destroy securely.
You can use mobile check deposit from any device you have the Kalsee mobile app downloaded on. We currently support Apple and Android smartphones and tablets.
Yes, you can register for mobile check deposit with your business checking or savings. Checks deposited via our app will count towards your allotment of free items.
