Kalsee's Employee Empowerment Program (KEEP)

Let us help you KEEP your employees. Support your team with Kalsee’s Employee Empowerment Program (KEEP)—financial wellness tools, credit union benefits, and resources for a stronger workforce, at no cost to you.

Financially empowered employees build a stronger, more reliable workforce.

We believe in building relationships and cultivating financial wellness.

And we’ll work with your team members as their financial partner and coach via on site or online group presentations and one-on-one coaching, helping solve problems and create solutions so that they can focus on what matters, at no cost to your company or employees. Our KEEP program started in 2019, and we now work with 40+ employers in the area to make their work place a platform for financial wellness through our KEEP program.

"Kalsee’s robust KEEP program has been a huge success with the employees our Success Coaches assist at our Employer Resource Network companies. Being able to provide additional financial resources to our employees so that they may become financially stable and working collaboratively with Kalsee’s team to support those in need are great benefits of our partnership with Kalsee."
