ERN Success Coaches council employees on a wide range of challenges, including substance abuse, housing, child care, career development, and more.

Matt has helped many people overcome financial hardships and achieve their goals through our KEEP program. He’s also a proud WMU Bronco with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA).
