Registered Member Services Representative
Full Time - Kalamazoo, MI


Under the direction of credit union management and with on-the-job coaching from the Financial Service Representative (FSR), build meaningful relationships with members to understand their financial goals and provide personalized solutions that enhance their overall experience. As a credit union employee registered through LPL, offer both credit union services and investment/insurance products to help members achieve financial well-being. Collaborate with credit union staff to increase awareness and confidence in investment and insurance options by demonstrating how these solutions complement traditional credit union offerings.

Commercial Lending Manager
Full Time - Portage, MI


Responsible for attracting, compiling, analyzing, evaluating, and maintaining business loan and deposit requests and the business loan and deposit portfolio. Individual is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business services department, including adherence to KALSEE policy and relevant state and federal laws, as well as maintaining documentation and a strong relationship with current and potential business services members. Monitor and report business loan and deposit portfolio information to executive management and make recommendations for appropriate action when necessary. As member of the management team, attends all management meeting, providing updates and feedback related to the business services program.

Teller (Part-Time)
 
Part Time - Vicksburg, MI


Member Experience Representatives (MERs) or Tellers build relationships and cultivate financial wellness empowering people to focus on what matters. MERs deliver extraordinary service by creating value for Members through recommending appropriate products and services to which will help them make money, save money, save time, and add peace of mind and convenience to their lives.  

Loan Officer
 
Full Time - Vicksburg, MI


Demonstrated ability to successfully handle all member needs.  Enhance the member’s experience by exceeding the member’s expectations and bring value to each member interaction.  Responsible for performing all duties at the branch including opening accounts, lending, and teller transactions.
