Enroll in FREE Text Banking to check your balance, transfer funds, and get alerts via text message.
To enroll via Online Banking:
- Login to Online Banking.
- Select Text Banking under the Go Mobile menu.
- Follow the on screen instructions.
- You'll be asked to accept a fee disclosure and select an account for fees, however, there is no charge for this service.
To enroll via Mobile App:
- Select More from the bottom menu.
- Select Text Banking.
- Follow the on screen instructions.
- You'll be asked to accept a fee disclosure and select an account for fees, however, there is no charge for this service.
Quick Start Tip:
- Once you've enrolled, simply text BAL and the 3-digit suffix of your account (shows in online banking and the mobile app to the left of each account listing) to receive a text with your actual and available balance, or you loan balance and next payment due date. For example, texting BAL 091 will return information for your checking account.
Pro Tip:
Once you've enrolled in Text Banking, update your eAlert preferences to receive alerts via text.
Login to Online Banking or our Mobile App, then select Member Services (online banking) or More (mobile app) > Email and Text eAlerts. Choose to edit an existing alert or create a new one, checking the box for "Send a message to my mobile device(s)."
