Contact Center Member Service Representative
Demonstrated ability to successfully handle all member needs and deliver exceptional member service via alternative channels such as telephone, email, chat, video, or text. Bring value to each member interaction by not only doing what the member asks, but in going above and beyond to offer solutions that match the members need/uncover the need, as well as educating on all available KALSEE products and services. Responsible for performing all duties in the contact center including opening accounts/converting accounts, answer basic lending questions, complete everyday member transactions/forms, process basic loan applications, and understand other department functions to ask proper questions before transferring calls, and transferring calls to the appropriate person.
- Previous banking contact center or branch experience preferred
- Proficient using Microsoft office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work weekends when needed
