You’re Getting a New Debit Card
Have a KALSEE Debit Card? At the end of Sept/early Oct, you will receive a new Visa Debit Card in the mail at the address on file for you, to replace your existing MasterCard Debit (or ATM) Card.
Your card will arrive in a plain white envelope. PLEASE DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY DISCARD IT.
Please be sure we have up-to-date contact information (address, phone, and email) on file beforehand so we can be sure your card gets to you safely. To update your contact information, call 269.382.7800 or login to online banking and select Info Center > Personal Information.
Your new card will have a new number.
Once you’ve received it, please follow the instructions for activation.
Continue to use your existing card until October 16th at 4 am, at which point your new card will be active and your old will shut off.
On or after October 16th, please update your card information with any billers you’ve set up for auto pay (subscriptions, utilities, phone/internet providers, etc.) or with any mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.) you use.
If you currently have an ATM card, it will be replaced with a debit card.
