What Happened to PC-TRANS "History" Details?

Some PC-TRANS users have been wondering what has happened to the extra information
they were used to seeing when they would click on "History".

FEAR NOT...
YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS ARE STILL THERE. HERE'S HOW TO VIEW THE DETAILS:

CLICK ON "HISTORY". . .
Then, click on the small box labeled "Detailed History". This places a check mark in the box. The screen will automatically "refresh" and you will see the extra details of certain electronic transactions.

To see additional information on your account, place a check mark in "Detailed History".

Remember, the "Detailed History" of your transactions is not the default setting. You MUST click the "Detailed History" box each time you login to PC-TRANS.

PC-TRANS SCANNED CHECK IMAGES!

Want a scanned image of your cleared KALSEE checks? You can when you have PC-TRANS Home Banking Service! The scanned check image service is completely free of charge. Here's how you can get your cleared check images.

Login to PC-TRANS just like you normally would. Then click on "Checks" (located next to "Transfer", "History", etc.)

The next page will display a list of any cleared checks numbers that you may have written. The list is always a 90 day running index of checks. Each check number is a link that you can click on.

By clicking a check number, you will see a smaller box pop up which will download a front & back scanned image. For future reference, it would be a good idea to print the images on your printer or save them to your hard drive.

REMEMBER: Keep copies of important KALSEE checks because there is a $5.00 fee per check copy if KALSEE obtains a copy of a check for you.

eZ Pay bill pay stops On-Line "Phishing" Tactics

As you may already know, "phishing" scams have invaded e-mail inboxes all across the nation and around the world. In a phishing attack, scammers send e-mails that purport to be from a bank, retailer or other Web site coaxing consumers to click on a link inside the e-mail where they are asked to enter vital information, such as passwords, bank account numbers or credit card details. The scams are convincing and effective because the bogus e-mails and Web sites look so legitimate.

In a concerted effort to stop "phishing", The excellent staff at iPay Technologies, LLC, the providers of KALSEE eZ Pay bill pay service, have developed a new program designed to stop phishing tactics. They have implemented a new authentication program. Authentication is typically done by the company authenticating the user. In order to help you avoid being "phished", YOU will have the opportunity to authenticate the eZ Pay bill pay program. It is very simple and here's how it will work:

The bill pay program will momentarily interrupt your first login. (This interruption will only happen once.)

You will be asked to establish a new Security Key. (a word, letters, numbers, etc.; anything you want within the size restrictions provided)

When you click "submit", the Security Key will be stored and you will be sent back to your eZ Pay bill pay site. That's all there is to it. The Security Key IS NOT an additional password that you need to remember. Think of it as a security code that you see each time you login to eZ Pay.

You login like you would normally, but you will see two features each time you visit.

  • A small transparent box that fades quickly in and out acknowledging you with the Security Key you generated earlier.
  • A separate transparent box also displays your last eZ Pay session date & time.

The total display time of the 2 boxes does not exceed 2 seconds and does not interfere with the commencement of transaction activity.

Security Keys are completely confidential and not available for viewing or editing by eZ Pay Support Representatives.
