TO FREE & PRINTABLE E-STATEMENTS ON JULY 1ST, 2009

Most PC-TRANS account holders have switched to free eStatements. However, many still have yet to do so. All remaining PC-TRANS accounts not switched to free eStatements will receive free mailed statements up to and including the June 2009 Statement, but will be switched over to free eStatements automatically on July 1st, 2009.

After the switch, members with PC-TRANS accounts still wishing to continue receiving a mailed statement will be charged a $3.00 Mailed-Statement fee. Contact any office.*

THIS MANDATORY SWITCH TO FREE E-STATEMENTS ONLY APPLIES TO PC-TRANS ACCOUNT HOLDERS. If you have already switched your PC-TRANS accounts to eStatements, disregard this information.

IF YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR PC-TRANS USER (NO LOGIN FOR SIX MONTHS OR LONGER), YOUR PC-TRANS ACCOUNT(S) WILL BE DELETED. To promptly have your PC-TRANS account(s) re-established with free eStatements, call KALSEE at: (269)382-7800 or toll free at: (877)KALSEE1.

NON-PC-TRANS ACCOUNT HOLDERS WILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE MAILED STATEMENTS WITHOUT COST.

Here is how to manually opt-in for eStatements:

Once you are logged into PC-TRANS: Click Services/Password. Then, Click, eStatement Enrollment & Changes. Enter your current e-mail address and then click and display, "eStatement Only - Do Not Mail." Submit the Changes and you will now receive FREE eStatements.

eStatements enable you to receive your account statement online. Your eStatement is never printed on paper....unless you choose to print it in the privacy of your home.

Once you have enrolled, obtaining your KALSEE eStatement will be a simple procedure. You will receive a courtesy e-mail informing you that your KALSEE statement is available. You may obtain your statement by simply logging into PC-TRANS Home Banking Services as you would normally do and clicking on the "eStatement" option.

To open and view your eStatement, you MUST have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Most computers have Adobe Acrobat already installed.
