KALSEE Credit Union has two "on-site" 24-hour ATM machines. They are located at the drive thru area of our Millcork Street office in Kalamazoo and our South Westnedge office in Portage. The South Westnedge ATM is a cash dispensing unit only, whereas our Millcork Street office ATM is also a deposit-taking machine. There is no surcharge or KALSEE ATM fee for KALSEE Credit Union members using KALSEE issued ATM cards at our ATM locations.

This simply means:
When you use your KALSEE Credit Union ATM card (Regular or TechCheck Debit) at either "on-site" location, there is no standard KALSEE ATM fee or surcharge fee. In other words, they're free to use as often as you wish. . . compliments of KALSEE!

Your cell phone can be your own personal mobile ATM Locator. CO-OP Network introduces MYCOOP, an enhancement to their service that allows you to find any of 28,000 surcharge-free CO-OP Network ATMs via text message. It's simple and easy!

Here's how:
1. From your cell phone, send a text to MYCOOP (692667). In the body of the text, enter an address (with city, state), zip code or intersection (with city, state).
2. In about 30 seconds, the service will reply with the CO-OP Network surcharge-free ATM nearest to that location.
3. If you want more locations, simply reply MORE to the message and additional surcharge-free ATM locations will be sent to your mobile phone.

KALSEE Credit Union has made exclusive arrangements for a new and significant group of Surcharge Free ATMs.

KALSEE members are able to use their KALSEE Regular or TechCheck ATM/Debit card at ANY Fifth Third Bank owned ATM in this area OR across the nation without a surcharge! (WITHDRAWALS ONLY). This means you now have an additional 2300 surcharge-free ATMs at your disposal nation-wide!

You can change the PIN of your regular or TechCheck ATM card at any time by calling toll free (800)851-4859. During the menu prompts, you are asked to enter a "transaction code" Enter "the letters NP or numbers 67 on your phone keypad. NP stands for "New PIN".
